## Sie behalten auf der Baustelle den Überblick – fachlich und im Team?

Bei gefeba arbeiten Sie als Obermonteur Elektromontage (m/w/d) in der Industriemontage in einem Umfeld, in dem Erfahrung, klare Abstimmung und praktische Führung zählen. Direkt vor Ort an unserem Stützpunkt in Duisburg-Hamborn mit dem Anspruch, dass Montage, Ablauf und Ergebnis zusammenpassen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Effiziente Koordination und Überwachung von Baustellen und Montageteams
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Kunden und Subunternehmer in technischen und organisatorischen Fragen
  • Gewissenhafte Durchführung von Projektrealisierungen unter Einhaltung strenger Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben
  • Fachliche Führung und Motivation der Montageteams
  • Aktive Teilnahme am Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei Montagearbeiten vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Elektroniker Fachrichtung Betriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder Elektroinstallateur, ggf. mit Abschluss als Elektrotechniker oder Elektromeister (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung hinsichtlich der Führung und Motivation des Montageteams
  • Erfahrungen im Metallbereich / stahlverarbeitenden Industrie wünschenswert
  • Kundenorientierung und entsprechendes Fachwissen
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Ruhrgebiets
