  • Eigenverantwortliche Baustellenabwicklung in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
  • Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern und Nachunternehmern
  • Sicherstellung einer termin- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung
  • Materialkoordination und Abstimmung mit anderen Gewerken
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Baustellendokumentationen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Prüfungen und Abnahmen
  • Einweisung von Mitarbeitern und Unterstützung in der Ausbildung

  • VORAUSSETZUNGEN:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Energie und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Abwicklung von Baustellen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit freundlichem und souveränem Auftreten
