Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n

Objektleiter (m/w/divers), unbefristet in Vollzeit mit 40 Std/ Woche

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden
  • Einsatzplanung, Einweisung, Unterweisung und Kontrolle des Reinigungspersonals
  • Abnahme und Qualitätskontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Kundenakquise

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufspraxis in der Führung von Reinigungskräften
  • Fachliches Wissen der Reinigungstechniken
  • Flexibilität und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Verantwortung für die Auftragsabwicklung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsvermögen
  • Führerschein der Kl. B (alt: 3)
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
