Job Details:

Demonstrates basic knowledge of pediatric growth and development, recognizes deviations from the norm, has competency in administering a variety of assessment tools/therrapy techniques for the age groups he/she serves. Recognizes limitations and seeks guidance when appropriate. Participates in ongoing continuing education andto enhance clinical skills. Actively supports department and hospital goals and mission statements. Works collaboratively with other disciplines within the department and key professionals within the hospital and community.Complies with all requirements for legal practice determined by state license board. Works with Occupational Therapy Assistants with appropriate supervision and documentation collaboration and cosignatures. Conducts weekly supervisory meeting to review patient issues and changes to plans of care and reviews plans of care for any changes or updates to goals. Department Specific Job Details:
