  • AVIR AT TOWN CREEK , a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a diverse adult and geriatric rehabilitation population with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in LTC, cognition, fun and creative groups, functional maintenance and many more. This is a great team of therapists with a wonderful director of rehabilitation. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization!

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
