Omnichannel Lead, Americas Consumer and Provider

This role leads the development of connected omnichannel marketing strategies across Consumer and Provider audiences throughout the Americas. You will translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance data into impactful marketing experiences across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys. The position combines strategic leadership, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams. You will help organizations navigate complexity, identify high-value moments in the customer journey, and focus resources on opportunities that drive engagement and growth.
