JOB DESCRIPTION

As the jobholder you will manage the OMST Business Performance with 4 main responsibilities:

A. OMST Support / OMS PMO

B. Industrial Finance Manager

C. Resource Manager

D. Stakeholders Mgt / Communication / Process Improvement

The jobholder will:

Support to OMS Management Team in the preparation, execution, follow-up

and updating OMS Business Reviews, preparation and control of minutes, actions

follow-up

• •Support to the HO OMST on the agenda and actions follow up coming from the MEET platform.
• •Lead some specific action plans / projects at transnational/local level (i.e. Facility management local projects)
• •Responsible of coordinating financial actions with the OMS Controller, analysing the potential deviation and following the actions to ensure budget adherence in the different forecast and at year end landing.
• •Support the OMST HO Operations in their outsourcing tasks (ME 3S Subcontractor Purchase orders and evaluation)
• •Support HO OMST in her National representative role (organizing the agenda and logistics for the communication sessions, fostering relationship)
