Oncology MSL Manager, Japan Oncology Medical

• Job Purpose
• The Oncology MSL Manager, Oncology Medical is a people leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a Oncology MSL team within Japan Oncology Medical. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all MSL activities, collaborating with Product Medical Leads, Medical Advisors, and other relevant functions.

• Key objectives include:
• •Develop and execute a field medical strategy aligned with Disease Area (DA) Heads
• •Drive excellence in scientific engagement with key external experts (KEEs) and stakeholders
• •Ensure strong medical governance and compliance oversight across all MSL activities
• •Demonstrate leadership in fostering a high-performing MSL team

• Key Responsibilities
• •Accountable for development and execution of the Field Medical Strategy in partnership with DA Heads
• •Lead and develop high-performing Oncology MSL team, collaborating with DA Heads
• •Drive high-quality external scientific engagement with KEEs
• •Provide medical insights into Oncology Medical Strategy
• •Ensure compliance with GSK governance, JPMA codes, MHLW regulations and GCP requirements
• •Act as a leader within the Japan Oncology Medical Leadership Team

• 経験/Experience：
• •Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
• •Demonstrated leadership of Medical Affairs teams or functions
• •Strong experience in Oncology therapeutic areas
• •Experience supporting Oncology product launches
• •Solid understanding of the Japanese healthcare environment

• 学位/資格/語学力 Education/Certification/Language：
• •BSc or equivalent advanced scientific degree
• •Fluency in Japanese and English
