Onsite Techniker - Windows Client Domäne - Ihre Aufgaben sind
 
* Support im Bereich Deskside Services vor Ort 
* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Störungstickets 
* Durchführung von Funktions- -Power On Tests 
* IMAC - Service (Install, Move, Add and Change) 
* Analye sowie Behebung von techn. Problemen 
* Dokumentation aller anfallenden Tätigkeiten
Qualifikation
 
* Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position 
* Erfahrung im Support von Anwendern (Onsite-Remote) 
* Gute Kenntnisse im Hardware Bereich inkl. Zubehör 
* Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client Betriebssystemen 
* Gute Kenntnisse im MS Office Bereich (Installation etc.) 
* Gute Kenntnisse im Mobile Devices und Peripherie 
* Gültiger PKW- Führerschein (zwingend erforderlich) 
* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
