Principais funções e responsabilidades:

  • Operar máquinas e equipamentos automatizados e/ou manuais utilizados na fabricação e montagem de peças e componentes automotivos.
  • Identificando peças boas, peças rejeitadas e peças que requerem retrabalho
  • Identificando e relatando qualquer tempo de inatividade da máquina Inserindo material/removendo-os dos sistemas
  • Garantindo o uso da metodologia 5S na estação de trabalho
  • Trabalhando através de planos de limpeza e inspeção
  • Executando as etapas de usinagem estabelecidas no plano de trabalho
  • Confirmando as peças boas, peças e peças rejeitadas que requerem retrabalho, o tempo de usinagem e o tempo de inatividade e as razões para quaisquer desvios no sistema ERP definido;
  • Execução da solicitação do material e da postagem de consumo de material no sistema ERP definido
  • Embalagem e rotulagem de peças produzidas de acordo com as especificações definidas
  • Realizar verificações de qualidade de acordo com a documentação ou especificações;

Qualificação mínima:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Possuir laudo médico.
