Job Description:

Resumen del Puesto**

Operar maquinaria de empaque para asegurar el correcto envasado y etiquetado de los productos, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y eficiencia establecidos por la empresa.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

  • * Manejar y supervisar equipos de empaque (selladoras, etiquetadoras, codificadoras, etc.) de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar.
  • * Realizar ajustes menores a la maquinaria para optimizar su funcionamiento y solucionar problemas básicos.
  • * Cargar y descargar materiales de empaque (cajas, bolsas, etiquetas, etc.) en los equipos.
  • * Inspeccionar los productos empaquetados para verificar la calidad del sellado, el etiquetado y la codificación, reportando cualquier anomalía.
  • * Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
  • * Llenar registros de producción y control de calidad de forma precisa y oportuna.
  • * Colaborar con el equipo de producción para asegurar el flujo continuo de trabajo.
  • * Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo básico de los equipos bajo su cargo.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**

  • * Educación secundaria completa (Bachillerato o equivalente).
  • * Experiencia mínima de 1 año operando equipos de empaque en entornos industriales o de manufactura.
  • * Conocimiento básico de mecánica o electricidad industrial es un plus.
  • * Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos de forma rigurosa.
  • * Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
  • * Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
  • * Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
  • * Condición física para levantar y mover cargas moderadas, así como permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
