The Operational Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting demand generation and the sales pipeline in Iberia through the local planning and execution of marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on organizing events, campaigns, and sales activation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

1. Demand Generation and Campaigns

- Execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and direct sales support.

- Adapt global marketing initiatives to the local context (Spain and Portugal).

- Coordinate the preparation of campaign assets (email campaigns, content, schedules, etc.) in alignment with global teams.

- Track leads and support their conversion in collaboration with sales teams.

2. End-to-End Organization of Events and Webinars as the Primary Driver of Demand Generation

- Define formats, topics, and speakers in coordination with sales and partners.

- Manage logistics (platforms, vendors, venues, agendas, invitations).

- Coordinate communication and attendee engagement.

- Manage leads and conduct post-event follow-up.

- Ensure the quality and consistency of the customer experience at all events.

3. Coordination with BL and Regional Marketing

- Serve as the local liaison with the marketing and communications teams for the business line and the Iberia & Turkey region.

- Ensure the proper local implementation of global campaigns and initiatives.

- Participate in international coordination and reporting mechanisms.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and priorities, without taking ownership of their strategic definition.

4. Sales and Partnership Support

- Work closely with sales and partnership teams to implement initiatives that drive business opportunities.

- Support the preparation of materials for events, sales meetings, and specific demand-generation activities.

- Contribute to the visibility of offerings and capabilities through concrete marketing actions.

5. Local Implementation of Branding, Content, and Digital Initiatives

- Ensure the correct local implementation of brand guidelines defined by global marketing.

- Coordinate the adaptation and use of existing content (not its creation).

- Support the publication of content and assets on digital channels in coordination with global teams.

- Serve as the local point of contact for web initiatives, digital campaigns, or the intranet.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- More than 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology/cybersecurity.

- Proven experience in: campaign management (digital and events); end-to-end organization of in-person events and webinars; content creation and adaptation (presentations, sales materials, etc.).

- Experience working with international or matrix teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- High level of English (minimum B2–C1) is required.

- Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
