Summary

This position is located at the Fort Bliss Centennial Banquet and Conference Center. Duties

  • Assists management with facility operations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issues, receives, and controls cash receipts and change funds while verifying cashier cash counts.
  • Identifies and reports cash shortages or overages and submits daily operational reports.
  • Conducts bingo operations and performs counts, inventories, and reconciliations.
  • Monitors inventories and places and receives food and beverage orders using Food Track or similar software and performs other assigned duties.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at thetime of appointment. 3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application
