ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Associate is a part-time, on-site role embedded within a store and/or venue environment, working a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends to meet the demands of live events and game days. This role is responsible for overseeing the full inventory lifecycle — from processing transfers and tagging incoming merchandise to restocking the floor — while maintaining a safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse. The Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Communicate clear expectations for warehouse assignments and projects to employees under your supervision, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities.

Provide hands-on training and ongoing assistance to new associates, building team capability and confidence on the warehouse floor.

Offer timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed job performance and direct knowledge of the work environment.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

Support the store team by pulling store orders within required timelines, ensuring fans have access to the right merchandise at the right moment.

Partner with management to coordinate delivery schedules that keep inventory flowing and shelves stocked ahead of high-traffic game day and event periods.

Contribute to the creation of the ultimate game day and shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-merchandised warehouse that enables front-of-house excellence.

Restock merchandise efficiently and accurately to ensure fan-facing product availability is never a limiting factor.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

Anticipate inventory bottlenecks and proactively solve problems to keep warehouse operations running smoothly during peak event windows.

Identify and escalate process gaps in inventory control procedures, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Adapt quickly to shifting event schedules, delivery timelines, and staffing needs with a solutions-first mindset.

Support OSHA compliance by recognizing safety hazards and taking immediate corrective action, helping build a culture of operational excellence.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

Own the entire inventory lifecycle end to end — processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise, and executing restocking — with accuracy, urgency, and care.

Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse at all times, holding yourself and your teammates accountable to high operational standards.

Execute all assignments in a timely, accurate, and safe manner, even under the pressure of extended game day hours and high-volume events.

Uphold Fanatics values and league and team standards in every interaction and every task, representing the brand with pride on and off the floor.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or retail environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of management and with frontline associates.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively, and persist through obstacles without losing pace.

Availability to work a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours on game days and during events.

Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required depending on property.

Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or management capacity preferred.

Forklift certification per OSHA standard is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
