Work Hours: 9 (Rotational); 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: 7 AM- 4 PM, 11 AM- 8 PM

Compensation: Upto ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Customer Interaction:

Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.

Market Expertise:

Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.

Follow-Up:

Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

Data Management:

Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

• •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
• •Strong active listening skills.
• •Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• •Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• •Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
• •Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
• •Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
