  • 本職務負責主動元件 (CPU / IC / MCU / SoC / NPU等)工業電腦常用晶片的 策略選型與生命週期管理，確保產品採用「健康、可供應、具未來性」的零件，您將與 RD、PM、採購協作，主導主動元件 Roadmap、NRND/EOL 預警與替代策略，是影響平台規劃與產品穩定度的關鍵角色。。
  • 【工作內容】
  • 一. 主動元件策略與生命週期管理
  • 熟悉相關 CPU / MCU / SoC / NPU等，並涵蓋 FPGA、DSP、ASIC、AI Accelerator、TPM 等常用晶片之 PCN / NRND / EOL 管控與生命周期風險分析。
  • 二. 新料選型與健康料評估
  • 建立與執行新料選型策略，評估供應穩定性、技術世代與長期可用性。
  • 三. 替代料與關鍵零組件規劃
  • 熟悉相關 Memory、PMIC、PHY、Retimer、I/O IC 等平台關鍵零組件制定替代料策略，降低供應風險。
  • 四. 預警機制與資料優化
  • 建立季/半年零件生命週期預警流程，維護並優化 PLM 料件資料，提升零件決策效率。
  • 五. 供應鏈趨勢分析
  • 追蹤市場與供應鏈動態，預測零件生命週期，提出策略性建議。
  • 六. 異常與變更管理
  • 執行零件承認、零件變更流程（PCN/EOL）、品質異常分析（FA），確保產品穩定性。
  • 【具備條件】
  • 3 年以上電子硬體（RD / FAE / 零件工程）經驗
  • 熟悉 CPU / IC / SoC 等主動元件與其供應鏈生態
  • 具備零件風險分析能力，可提出策略與替代料建議
  • 英文可閱讀 datasheet、PCN/EOL、技術文件
  • 熟悉 x86 / ARM 平台、PLM、OrCAD 者佳
