Project logistics involves orchestrating material flow, order management, and shipment execution from multiple origins to defined locations. This includes transportation of regular, out-of-gauge (OOG), and sensitive cargo across various modes (Ocean, Air, and Land), ensuring full, complete, and on-time delivery per the customer's project plan.

At Maersk, our Project Logistics teams blend traditional freight forwarding with specialized skills in complex project planning, transport engineering, procurement, and HSSEQ compliance. Our experts excel in solution design, special cargo transportation, asset management, and end-to-end project management, ensuring deliveries to often remote sites.

Leveraging our brand and capacity control, combined with robust project logistics capabilities, Maersk provides customers with reliable and resilient project logistics solutions.

Mandatory requirements : Polish Citizenship

Role:

  • Support projects on behalf of our clients within the Government & Defence sector
  • Support sea transport of equipment to production facilities for reuse, primarily in APAC.
  • Participate in planning and pricing processes.
  • Conduct site visits to coordinate with local stakeholders and gather local insights for optimized solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture essential data to design, cost, and price customer solutions.
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
  • Create process flows for key activities.
  • Support tender processes and ensure competitive offers.
  • Cover all transport modes with support from colleagues.
  • Develop new logistics concepts and value propositions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-driven, can-do attitude, organized, and composed in complex environments.
  • Proven track record in government/defense logistics.
  • Collaborative team player and trusted partner.
  • Excellent Polish, English & German communication skills.
  • Commercial knowledge and interest.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High-level understanding of logistics products and solutions.
