About the Role
This is an automation-focused operations internship at a preventive health technology startup, with the intention to convert to a full-time role. You will take ownership of real operational processes, improve how they work, and help the team scale without adding unnecessary manual work.
What You'll Do
Manage customer operations end to end, including onboarding, scheduling, results coordination, and retention.
Coordinate daily workflows with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and the internal team.
Build internal tools and automations using workflow platforms, no-code tools, or scripts.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and create more efficient processes.
Help develop operational processes that can support substantial customer growth.
What We're Looking For
Available for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to full-time.
Fluent in German and comfortable coordinating with local customers and healthcare partners.
Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.
Some experience, typically 0 to 2 years, building workflows or automations with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.
Comfortable using code or scripts to automate recurring work and taking ownership of processes with high autonomy.
EU or EEA work authorization is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €30,000 to €36,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
