  • Du führst, motivierst und informierst dein operatives Team im Logistikzentrum in den Bereichen Lager und Konfektionierung direkt und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du verantwortest die tägliche Verladung sowie alle Lagerprozesse und stellst sicher, dass unsere Unternehmens- und Qualitätsziele erreicht werden
  • Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen und vertrittst die Standortleitung
  • Du hast die Zahlen im Griff: Die Kontrolle sowie das Weiterentwickeln von KPIs, Bestandsübersichten, Auswertungen und Reports gehören zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
  • Du optimierst aktiv: Du steuerst unsere Arbeitsprozesse und setzt zielgerichtete Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduzierung und Effizienzsteigerung um
  • Du steuerst den Bedarf: Die Organisation und Einsatzplanung von externen Mitarbeitern liegt in deiner Hand
  • Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain
  • Du bringst fundierte Berufs- und Führungserfahrung mit
  • Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und arbeitest analytisch (Kennzahlen, KPIs).
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit gängigen Lagerverwaltungssystemen und nutzt auch KI in der täglichen Arbeit
