We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and execute day to day operations across our manufacturing, test loop and overhaul areas. This role is responsible for people, performance, and process - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• •Lead daily operations across manufacturing, overhaul/teardown, test loop
• •Manage and develop team members
• •Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• •Plan and prioritize workload, scheduling, and resource allocation
• •Drive accountability, execution, and performance across teams
• •Monitor and report on key metrics (output, efficiency, quality, safety)
• •Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• •Partner with sales and leadership to align operations with customer needs
• •Support a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• •Prefer knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems.
• •Proficiency in inventory systems and basic project management skills
• •Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments
• •Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
• •Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• •Strong communication and team alignment skills
• •Focus on both execution and continuous improvement
• •Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet production deadlines or respond to facility needs.
