Heidelberg Materials Australia is one of the country's leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel, and road base from a number of locations across Australia.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quarry Operator to join the team at our Kilmore East Quarry .

This is a full-time position with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

In your new role with us, you will:

• •Carry out the day-to-day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment.
• •Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, front-end loaders, and dump trucks.
• •Perform general labouring activities, including cleaning, hosing, and shovelling.
• •Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the quarry.

• •Experience operating CAT 990/992 loaders (advantageous).
• •Articulated dump truck and rigid haul truck experience (preferred).
• •Rock breaker experience (favourable).
• •Heavy machinery tickets are not required; however, relevant operating experience is essential.
• •Previous experience in quarrying or mining.
• •The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

• •Monday to Friday roster, generally 6:30am to 4:00pm .
