Die jobgate ag ist ein Personaldienstleistungsbetrieb mit Sitz in Aarau (CH) und hat sich auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Fachpersonal in den Bereichen Mechanik, Technik, IT, kaufmännische Berufe, Logistik, Holzbau, Chemie und das Baunebengewerbe spezialisiert.

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Polymechaniker als Operator EDM Sinking (a).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von Erodierzellen im manuellen, halb- und vollautomatischen Betrieb zur Bearbeitung von Heissgas-Turbinenschaufeln
  • Rüsten und Verwalten der Betriebsmittel mittels moderner Lager- und Leitsysteme (u. a. Megalogistik, Soflex, EROWA JMS)
  • Entgraten von Bauteilen gemäss Spezifikation
  • Überwachen der Anlagen und Beheben von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Instandhaltung und Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten sowie Qualitätskontrollen inkl. SAP-Rückmeldung
  • Dokumentation der Produktionskennzahlen zur OEE-Auswertung
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserungen, Neuentwicklungen und Anlagenoptimierung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in der industriellen Fertigung
  • Erfahrung im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft für 3-Schichtarbeit und zusätzliche Einsätze nach Bedarf
  • Teamfähigkeit, Disziplin und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständige, exakte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Motivation und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
