  • Team players who are motivated to contribute to a positive workplace culture

Previous ophthalmology experience is welcomed but not required for candidates with a strong interest in learning and developing within the specialty.

Training & Scheduling Information

To ensure a successful onboarding experience, the first 2–3 months of training may take place at our Boston locations and may include supporting other locations as needed prior to the Weymouth site becoming fully operational. Following the opening of the Weymouth office, occasional coverage at other locations may be required based on operational needs.

Hours are assigned based on clinical and operational needs, as well as staff availability, and may vary. Typical shifts may include, but are not limited to:

  • 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
