As an Oracle EPM (FCCS, Planning EDM) - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS and Planning EDM
• - Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
• - Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• - Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate actionable insights
• - Applying business process modeling to enhance client operations and streamline workflows
• - Leading the integration of emerging technologies within Oracle applications to drive innovation
• - Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions
• - Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate seamless software adoption
• - Engaging in technical consultation to address client challenges and propose effective solutions

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- ARCS or EPBCS are plus

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• - Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
• - Developing training materials for emerging technologies and innovative design
• - Implementing technology solutions with a focus on application software and IT infrastructure
