This is a full-time, remote leadership role focused on optimizing Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for a complex healthcare enterprise. The position connects talent acquisition strategy with Oracle HCM capabilities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate conversion, and compliance.
