Oracle SCM Manufacturing and Planning1 Key Responsibilities

• •Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.
• •Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
• •Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.
• •Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
• •Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Desired Qualification

• •Education: MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• •Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud).
• •Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing global rollout projects across diverse geographical regions (USA, Europe, Asia), and delivering significant business process improvements.
