Order Management Senior Analyst

• Responsibilities:
• o Order processing
•  Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•  Enter orders in accordance with company policy and customer requirements
•  Provide customer service to distribution and reseller partners
•  Manage order flow through fulfillment and invoicing
• o Cross functional coordination with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams.
• o Provide a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• o Process return request (RMAs) and customer credits
• o Maintain documentation of Order Management processes

• Skill Requirements:
• •Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• •Proficiency in using ERP order processing systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• •Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and other relevant teams
• •Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• •Time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure; self-managing
• •Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Education:
• •Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.
