We're a fast-growing Southern California home services company offering HVAC, solar, batteries and roofing. Our HVAC division is expanding, and we need proven closers who know their way around a heat pump and a kitchen table.

What you'll do

• •Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners who asked to meet with you.
• •Diagnose comfort problems, check existing systems, and design the right HVAC solution.
• •Walk customers through options, financing and rebates clearly and honestly. No pressure tactics.
• •Close deals and hand them off smoothly to our install team.
• •Keep your pipeline current in our CRM.

Requirements

What you bring

• •3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience. You know SEER2, tonnage and load calcs, and you can explain them in plain English.
• •A track record of closing in-home.
• •Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• •A CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, or willingness to get one before you start (we'll help).
• •A valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and an acceptable driving record.
• •Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments when homeowners are home.

Compensation and benefits

• •Commission-only W-2 outside sales position.
• •Earning potential of $150,000–$300,000 per year, based on close rate.
