Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring an Overnight Porter / Housekeeper in St. Paul, MN . In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment by performing housekeeping, cleaning, restroom maintenance, and general porter duties.

No experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: St Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• •9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• •Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
• •Consistent 5-Day Schedule
• •Days Off: Monday & Friday
• •Overnight Shift
• •Stable Year-Round Employment

What You'll Do

• •Clean and maintain restrooms
• •Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas
• •Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• •Clean entrances, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• •Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• •Operate cleaning equipment safely
• •Follow cleaning schedules and task assignments
• •Help maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
• •Strong attendance and reliability
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• •Previous housekeeping, janitorial, porter, custodial, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
