At King & Prince Seafood, we’re seeking a skilled professional who understands equipment functionality and line setup. In this role, you’ll thrive through progressive training levels while ensuring every product meets our high standards for safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Shows capacity to assemble, set up, and disassemble production line equipment
- Has knowledge of production equipment and operation
- Maintains production equipment before, during, and after operation
- Continuously monitors operation of equipment and quality of the product
- Complies with company safety, quality, SOP, HACCP and GMP guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am , overtime as required
- Mechanical and/or machine operator experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Computer skills such as file management & data entry
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to use a pallet jack and/or dolly
