  • IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH
  • Eigenständige Gestaltung des Freizeitprogramms für die Bewohner*innen
  • Begleitung der Bewohner*innen bei Ausflügen zum Sport, ins Kino etc. am Wochenende (Samstag und Sonntag an zwei Wochenenden im Monat) sowie an Feiertagen
  • Einhaltung des zur Verfügung stehenden Freitzeitbudgets
  • IHRE QUALIFIKATION
  • Ausbildung im Sozialbereich wünschenswert, vorzugsweise (laufendes) Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit, Psychologie oder Ausbildung zum/zur diplomierten psychiatrischen DGKP bzw. Diplomsozialbetreuung
  • Engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen (z.B. MS Office)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
