Pädagogische Koordinationskraft

Sozialpädagog:in / Erzieher:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Stellenumfang: Teil- oder Vollzeit (unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis)
  • Arbeitsort: Netphen
  • Arbeitsbeginn: 01.11.2026 oder nach Absprache

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung, Beratung und Schulung unserer Integrationshelfer:innen
  • Kooperation mit Schulen und Jugendämtern
  • Begleitung von Familien
  • Allgemeine Organisation der Eingliederungshilfe
  • Einstellungsverfahren von Integrationskräften
  • Aktive Teilnahme an HPGs
