  • In Teilzeit 20 Stunden (Einstieg ab 01.11.2026 möglich)
  • Vergütung angelehnt an TVöD SuE

Die Aufgaben:

  • Planung & Durchführung von Aktivitäten im freizeitpädagogischen Bereich
  • offene Arbeit mit Mädchen\* und jungen Frauen\* (10 – 19 Jahren) in der Einrichtung, Einzel-/Gruppenaktivitäten und -gesprächen
  • Entwicklung und Fortschreibung des pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Vernetzungsarbeit und Kooperation mit anderen Einrichtungen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Mittelakquise
  • Bearbeitung von Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Die Arbeitszeiten sind überwiegend am Nachmittag und Abend, teilweise auch in den niedersächsischen Schulferien und selten am Wochenende. Die Möglichkeit der Supervision besteht.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Pädagogische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Mädchen\*/Jugendarbeit
  • Feministische Grundeinstellung, Erfahrungen mit Selbstverwaltung
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlichem, kreativem Arbeiten und der Entwicklung von neuen Projekten
