Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• •Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries
• •Create, develop, and close orders
• •Provide quotations to customers
• •Provide manuals and drawings as needed
• •Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as needed
• •Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
• •Enter all required information and documentation into the company ERP system
• •Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materials
• •Track material deliveries and expedite orders as needed
• •Initiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or credit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Two years of related experience and/or training
• •Industry-related product knowledge
• •Detail-oriented
• •ERP system experience preferred
• •Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
• •Strong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operations
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Thorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practices
• •Ability to safely lift materials of various weights regularly
• •Strong team player
