Job Description

What You Will Do

• •Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events — your route, their adventure!
• •Assist guests with luggage because every suitcase deserves a helping hand.
• •Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
• •Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
• •Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone’s comfort and safety.

What We Are Looking For

• •Customer-focused: You know that a great attitude makes every ride better.
• •Licensed and safe driver: Your valid driver’s license and care on the road keep guests secure.
• •Strong communicator: You handle questions and concerns like a pro, making guests feel heard.
