Partner Service Agent

Job Responsibilities

 

• •Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls solving customer issues.
• •Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
• •Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minutes.
• •Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
• •Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.

What we expect from you

 

• •You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
• •Good typing skills.
• •Strong in communications skills.
• •We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
