KEY FUNCTIONS

• •To sell parts and automotive materials, accessories and products to customers.
• •To check, invoice and deliver parts to the workshop mechanics.
• •To prepare workshop estimates and quotations for external and export customers.
• •To participate in all stocktaking and stock-check exercises when required including the annual stocktaking.
• •To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
• •To perform any other related duties as directed.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• •Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• •Three (3) years’ work experience in an Automotive Parts Department.
• •Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• •Excellent customer service skills.
• •Strong written and oral communication skills.
• •Strong numerical and analytical skills
• •Good negotiation skills.
