We are opening a new Beltone hearing care clinic in Madison and are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to help launch and grow our practice.

Beltone has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers in 2025 — and we’re excited to bring that award-winning culture to Madison.

This role is the heartbeat of our clinic. You’ll be the first impression for our patients and a key driver of appointment flow, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.

Help grow referrals and community awareness

You won’t be selling hearing aids — but your work directly supports clinic success.
