What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated Dialysis Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide hands-on patient care during hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. If you’re reliable, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, then we want to hear from you.

Schedule Availability

• •Flexible availability required
• •MWF and/or TTS
• •Ability to pick up shift coverage as needed
• •Must be available to start as early as 4:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• •Provide direct patient care during dialysis
• •Monitor patients and report changes to RN
• •Prepare and operate dialysis equipment
• •Assist with clinic opening and closing
• •Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• •CMS-recognized Dialysis Technician Certification
• •CPR/BLS Certification
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1+ year dialysis experience and/or formal dialysis training
• •Ability to open/close clinic independently
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
