Position Purpose:

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment.

Schedule Information: This position will be scheduled on an as-needed basis on weekends and weekdays for a variety of shifts.

Daily Pay benefit available.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.

Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.

What You Will Do:

Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike.

Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.

Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.

Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
