Hourly Pay Range:
$18.76 - $27.20 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
- Position : Patient Support Assistant
- Location : Bannockburn, IL
- Full Time/Part Time : Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Required Location: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
What you will need:
· Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Certification: N/A
· Experience : One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred; Insurance knowledge preferred
· Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required
What you will do:
· Answer phones
· Schedule appointments
· Collect co-payments
· Complete patient registration
· Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
· Check in and check out patients
· Verify insurances
