PEO Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PEO Business Analyst based in the United States.

• This role supports underwriting and operations by turning complex data into accurate, actionable insights.
• You will work extensively with large datasets from vendors, insureds, and internal systems to identify discrepancies and strengthen data quality.
• The position combines hands-on analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement across critical business functions.
• You will build recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that help underwriting, operations, finance, actuarial, and leadership teams make informed decisions.
• The role also provides an opportunity to develop expertise in the PEO and workers’ compensation sectors through mentorship and continuing education.
• You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders while bringing a fresh perspective to reporting and data processes.
• The position requires 5–10% travel throughout the year and can be based out of High Point, NC; Lawrenceville, GA; Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Birmingham, AL; or Meridian, MS.
