JOB SUMMARY
The People Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery, and continuous improvement of our people engagement initiatives that create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the successful candidate will coordinate engagement activities, employee events, recognition programmes, and internal communications that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organisational culture. The role also supports the collection and analysis of employee feedback to help drive meaningful improvements and increase employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Salary: £35,000 - 40,000
- Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. Up to 1 day per week remote working.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and deliver people engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Support the planning and delivery of employee events, campaigns, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in gathering, analysing, and reporting employee feedback, including our your voice matters employee surveys to inform improvement actions.
- Support CWG’s Inclusion networks, Junior Board, Wellbeing group and other employee communities in delivering their objectives
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to encourage participation and collaboration across the organisation.
- Maintain engagement planners, trackers, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Experience coordinating projects, events, or engagement initiatives, potentially within a people-focused or diversity and inclusion role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
5. Passionate about creating positive employee experiences.
6. Inclusive and collaborative working style.
