【Position Details】

🧠 Title: TA Assistant (Hunter)

💻 Work Mode: Remote, prefer full-time engagement

💰 Compensation:

Base Pay: USDT 500/month

Commission: Per successful hire, top performers can earn USDT 2000+ / month

【We’re Looking For】

Proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (mandatory)

Strong interest in crypto / Web3 industry

Ability to commit consistent daily hours to support the project

Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills

Responsible, proactive, and task-oriented

⚠️ Note: Candidates without TA/recruitment experience will not be considered . This role is high-output and competitive.

【Your Responsibilities】

Support the TA team with sourcing and resume screening

Engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms

Help arrange interviews and maintain pipelines

Report progress and keep recruitment trackers up to date
