• This role sits at the heart of a global People function, supporting onboarding, HR, talent operations, and employee experience.
• You will help ensure that new joiners have a smooth, engaging, and well-organized start while continuously improving the underlying processes.
• The position combines hands-on operational coordination with systems management, documentation, data organization, and process optimization.
• You will work across multiple People and Talent tools while exploring how AI can make everyday workflows more efficient.
