People Operations Generalist

• This is a hands-on People Operations role supporting a rapidly growing, globally distributed technology organization.
• You will help manage and improve employee lifecycle processes, systems, and programs across a remote workforce.
• The role combines operational ownership with opportunities to redesign workflows and introduce automation and AI.
• You will work across HR systems, global employment models, EOR partners, benefits, compliance, and employee support.
• As the organization expands internationally, you will contribute to building scalable and efficient People practices.
