Where you'll create impact

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations

Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll and internal systems

Own HR policies, templates and internal employee communications

Help resolve employee relations issues with strong judgment and discretion

Ensure smooth, high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages

Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes and audits

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters

Experience managing calendars, interview coordination and scheduling across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders

What sets you up for success

Hardcore work ethic and high agency

5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments

Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes

High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters

Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused

Nice to have

Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination and compliance

Compensation & Benefits

Equity: $45,000 - $60,000

Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
