People Operations Specialist

• This hands-on role supports the employee experience across the full People Operations lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to payroll, benefits, and employee support.
• You’ll take ownership of day-to-day People processes while helping create efficient, scalable systems for a growing organization.
• As part of a lean People team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful influence over how People Operations evolves.
• The role combines operational execution with continuous process improvement, including opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• You’ll serve as a trusted resource for employees, handling questions and sensitive information with accuracy, discretion, and care.
• You’ll also contribute to the development and implementation of People systems, including future HRIS initiatives and workflow improvements.
