People Partner, HRBP Team

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Partner, HRBP Team based in Canada.

• This is a strategic People Partner role focused on helping leaders and employees build a healthy, high-performing, and inclusive workplace.
• You will advise managers on performance management, employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and other critical people matters.
• The role combines hands-on HR partnership with data-driven insights, using workforce trends to inform leadership decisions and organizational priorities.
• You will also approach employee experience through a product and design-thinking lens, identifying needs and continuously improving people programs.
• The position requires strong judgment, empathy, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with confidence.
• You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Legal, and broader People teams across an internationally distributed organization.
