Personal Lines Account Manager

• This fully remote role serves as a primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and long-term retention.
• You will manage a diverse range of policy servicing activities while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality client support.
• The position combines relationship management, insurance expertise, account coordination, and opportunities to grow an existing book of business.
• You will advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, exclusions, and evolving insurance needs.
• Working closely with internal teams and insurance carriers, you will coordinate renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
